Blocked Plugholes

Prevention is always better than the cure, long hair is probably the most common cause of blocked plugholes, so it is worth buying something to place over the plug hole to prevent hair from getting into it.

A plunger is the first thing to try to un block a blocked plug hole.

If this doesn't free the blockage it is worth buying a strong chemical drain unblocker and following the manufacturers instructions use this chemical to free the blockage.

If this doesn't free the blockage, the blockage is possibly quite serious and you should ring Viva Gas to book a plumbing engineer to call.
